I had surgery on a torn ACL and was recommended to see Lois from a family friend. I was not disappointed in her efforts to help me recover and regain the strength in not only my repaired knee but in my entire body. Her practice had all the necessary tools to retrain my leg and inspire me to keep coming back. Lois would give me a stretch/massage before and after each session; which also included a cryo ice machine for my knee after each session. She was always warm and nice to me. Always giving a nice smile and inspiring words to start my day. Lois gave me the tools to where i could train my knee outside of schedules appointments and i am grateful to her for it.
