Lloyd Percell

Sadly, I just found out Lloyd Percell is retired. I was hoping to make an out-of-pocket appointment with him after a few years of going elsewhere due to an insurance change. I respect Lloyd as a medical professional because he didn't waste any time protecting a tender ego like most doctors. He listened, thought critically about the information, and would either give you what you needed or tell you, plainly, if he didn't know the answer. If he didn't know, he was very good at advising on the best next steps toward finding a resolution. Most doctors I've seen put a lot of effort into trying to look like they know what they're doing when they encounter a medical issue that puzzles them. I'm sorry that Lloyd, the only provider I know who didn't succumb to this pitfall, is no longer available.

Today, Percell yelled at my wife and daughter because she asked him if we could get permission for our daughter (9 years old) to take her thyroid medication at school. 10am would be perfect for her. My kids do a lot of sports and sometimes we dont get to dinner until 8pm, and then she cant take them until 10pm. He refused to allow them at school and got mad when asked why. He said my wife was a bad parent, swore at her, in front of my daughter. We have never had the slightest issue with a doctor

He basically accused my husband of being a drug seeker due to the fact that he uses temzepam for insomnia and has for years.he also said that my husbands former Dr was illegally prescribing the temzepam.
