She only tells you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear. She only works on a superficial level instead of delving into reasons why I’m behaving in certain ways. She just says don’t do that, do this. So it doesn’t lead to an understanding of why I’m doing it. It’s hard to change when I don’t understand why I’m doing it in the first place.
