As a practitioner myself, it is important to diagnose correctly and be as informative as you can with patients. Liza diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage (meaning the pregnancy continues), when in fact I had a miscarriage. I clearly saw the ultrasound and my husband and I are now confused. Did we lose our baby or not?! This is something that should be clearly communicated. WE were told one thing and the diagnosis is another!

Liza was very professional, informative and friendly. She spent quite a bit of time with me and was very thorough, addressed my issues and questions. She saw me within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment.

I went in for pain and she was in no hurry to see me. I had to wait over an hour beyond my appointment time and I heard her laughing and talking (chit chatting) in the hallway during my wait. Awful bedside manner. Would never recommend her.

I went in for my first appointment and was tended to by Liza. She seemed very cold and distant and most of all disinterested. When I asked her a question about my progress she belittled me and essentially brushed me off. Overall she was very rude and it seemed she would rather be texting on her phone than to provide answers to my questions. It is still early in my pregnancy and IF I continue coming here I will ask for a different NP. I am very disappointed.
