Horrible
They never answer the phone for their patients and Lisa is never really there. I’m asthmatic and my prescriptions for my pumps always stops and no one answers or schedules appointments!

I'm terrified of doctors & was crying through the check up. I had this growing lump on my face, was so scared of what it could be.... Left the office with many tests to do, and was prescribed KLONOPAN 0.5mg "AS NEEDED" due to panic attacks. The doctor asked to get a psychiatrist to continue the medication. I immediately booked an appt - was 2 months away due to Covid. The doctor was supposed to "bridge" the prescription, but she didn't. No matter how many times I called, or even after mentioning that my SURGEON said it was her responsibility to prescribe it as my PRIMARY CARE doc. NOTHING! No call back! I had to face MRI, biopsy, many blood draws, and surgery without any help from her! THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. NB: am a healthy person, eats mindfully, a personal trainer, no past of ZERO MEDICATION, or genetic disorder. This type of tumor is rare/ cause is unknown. I was expecting at least EMPATHY. Just know this before you opt for PRIMARY CARE!
