Doesn't care, doesn't listen
She was very bossy and demanding. Made the appt about herself. Gave her something IN WRITING, which she put in my file, then stated the exact opposite in my notes. When I questioned her she denied it in a very nasty way. During the appt she asked about BSE. I said I don't do them. She clearly doesn't listen because she then asked Any lumps or bumps? Hello! I just told you I don't check!
