I felt like I was just a number and never felt comfortable talking to her about my concerns. My appointments always felt rushed and like I was a nuisance for being there.

Never felt I was listened to or taken seriously. Had major back surgery that she should have referred me to approx 6mo earlier. Now - my mom died on Mothers's Day, and Lisa and that NASTY practice manager seem to think it's amusing to retaliate against a long time patient's health because I called them out on not handling a situation correctly. Ystrdy they sd theyd give 1 more script. Today Lisa "fired" me via phone and refused to prescribe medication I'd been taking for years without notice.
