Very thorough, answers all questions and concerns,not rushed,highly recommend

I don't particularly like people. I try to avoid them at all costs. They often smell funny and sounds come from the holes in their faces that annoy me. For this reason, I tend to neglect my health until things are pretty intense. Going to a medical appointment requires lots of talking and repetition...which also annoys me. As you can see, I am easily annoyed. After allowing 15 or so years of frequent UTIs and kidney stones to get the best of me, I made the decision to actually see a specialist. I was fortunate enough that the stars led me to Lisa Rushing. She saw who I was and communicated with me in a way that was most effective for a stubborn hot head like me. She made a commitment to me that she would find the solution and asked for my trust. Lisa Rushing is the most genuine provider I have ever received care from and I walked out of the office...after 1 visit....knowing that she would indeed fix me.

She didn’t exam me at all, she brought in another lady that I take was a nursing student. She did not introduce herself at all. The student did the exam and I did not feel she was very adequate at it. I felt my issue was brushed off and not taking seriously. I felt brushed off and I wasted my time with the appointment. I understand students have to learn but if you have someone with an issue YOU need to make sure you examine your patient.

Dr. Rushing and her staff are unbelievably, insanely kind. I absolutely dread a gyno visit, but she went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. She explained everything, would definitely recommend.
