Lisa Medalie

I had an appointment with Chelsea Pryor, an ARNP who works for Dr Lullaby (aka Lisa Medalie). While my insurance covered all costs, Dr Lullaby requires a valid credit card for missed appointments and 'other uncovered charges.' I found the service, which is only Telehealth, to be disappointing using information that is readily available at no cost on the web. In addition, they charge a monthly fee for an app that is similar to a free online app. I would find better places to spend my time and money.

She was substantially late for every single appointment, whether I was the first patient of the day or not. After 5 sessions, I asked what could be done to keep me from waiting 30 minutes after my appointment times to begin. She lectured me on the high volume of patients she has per day and then terminated my treatment so “not to waste my time.” I cancelled the three remaining sessions she had me schedule just the week before. Each appointment lasted 10-15 minutes and I’ve found a book that properly picked up where she left me. She was unprofessional. She was condescending. And I would not recommend her as a doctor.
