Scheduling wasnt great but the provider was awesome

Lisa was amazing. I'm scared of doctors and she made me feel in home. I was so anxious but after all with her for 5 minutes, I feel like I was in home. She also explained all the procedure and was really respectful about it.

Lisa was great. I could tell from talking with her that she has experience. She listened to me and addressed any concerns I had and answered my questions.she showed empathy and was very encouraging and supportive. Lisa went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her as a provider.

She demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge, providing me with clear, thoughtful information that allowed me to make an informed decision while fully honoring my autonomy. For the first time in my experience with a care provider, I felt truly heard-and it moved me deeply.

The only negative aspect with Swedish related to this appointment was having to be on hold on the phone for over an hour to schedule the appointment. Everything else was good.

I saw this provider for a consultation before my IUD. I was very nervous to have an IUD put in, but I felt much more at ease and prepared after my visit with Lisa.

Lisa was the best gynecologist practitioner I've had the pleasure of interacting with. She listened to my concerns, looked at my health holistically and provided me with answers to my health concerns.

While I wasn't able to get a full appointment with Lisa on the day I saw her (related to this survey), she worked out that I could come back the next day to talk through a serious health complication. During that appt the next day, she was attentive, informative, showed empathy and true concern. She is a great example of the special care that midwives at the Ballard clinic show to their patients.

This was my first gynecologist appointment ever, and my provider was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel safe and heard and made this scary thing much easier. Really appreciate her.

I've only been to Swedish once, but all the staff were so helpful and respectful. One provider even stayed 15 minutes past her shift to squeeze me in for a blood draw. I have a huge phobia of needles but the provider was extremely quick and efficient and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The provider I went to for the check up, Lisa, spent a lot of time with me and answered any questions I had. Overall, this was probably the best doctor's appointment I've ever had and I definitely will be coming here again.
