I waited 30 mins to be seen. I am covid cautious; Lisa came in wearing a mask like I requested but took it off for over 80% of the very rushed 5 min appt. I kept requesting that she simply speak slower and more clearly with the mask on (I am hard of hearing and had trouble catching all her questions and statements) but both requests were ignored. I was effectively cleared of skin cancer in record time, but for other issues I was passed off to specialists in Hopkins that are harder for me to access. I left the appt feeling utterly dehumanized and unheard. I don’t know if this is a systemic issue with scheduling and understaffing of doctors or if this is a specific doctor thing, or both, but I would loathe to return to this practice again.

I have been seeing Lisa for several years. Each appointment, I feel she listens and answers all of my questions. She has helped me in so many ways. I trust her judgement and medical knowledge. I would recommend Lisa to all of my family and friends. You truly feel great and know you’re in good hands. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa seems like a nice person but apologized at the beginning of the appointment for keeping me waiting because they were running behind. She talked very fast during the appointment. She prescribed a cream but neglected to advise that it is a chemotherapy medication nor reviewed the side effects that it always causes. Within a week my skin had severe irritations and peeling. Quite concerned I Googled the medication and first thing I saw was that it is a chemotherapy medication and that the peeling was normal. Advice to this provider is to slow down and make sure your patient is fully aware of the treatment they are being provided even if you run behind on your other appointments in order to do this.

I was 5 minutes early to my appointment and was seen by Lisa Laumann an entire hour late. She was fast to diagnose me and was even faster speaking. When I asked if she could take a look at a mole that had doubled in size, she responded, "I have another patient. We can look at it later." My face fell and she added, "This was just a spot check." I had to get a sitter for the appointment and came with a list of questions that went unanswered and left in tears of frustration. Do not recommend.
