Lisa has been my therapist for several years now, although I haven't needed her help every year, which speaks to her treatment efficacy. I am currently seeing her monthly and I'm amazed at how her words can help to guide me towards the right decision. She listens, provides helpful feedback and steers me away from the wrong mental direction that I am sometimes headed in. Conversely if I am spot on in my assessment of a situation she will give me the backup that I need to be able act, and to rid
