The Doctor isn't the problem...
Dr. Jacobson was fine. She was quick and efficient. However - I've never seen a more dirty, broken down, disgusting medical office in my life. It's the basement level of an old office building. The entire basement needs to be refurbished. It smells old. When you enter the waiting room you first notice damaged walls, empty magazine racks with some documents/flyers sitting at the bottom of the rack, chairs with the fabric coming up, dirty carpet and an actual layer of dust/dirt on the flat surfaces. I ran my finger across a side table and had to find hand sanitizer right away. Looking in at reception - a desk littered with paperwork and files. Items stored on the floor. More damaged walls. The treatment room didn't look any cleaner. Items stored on the floor. Dirty window. Didn't wiped down the equipment before the exam. I was honestly disgusted with the experience. Despite the doctor being nice, I will not return.

Have seen Dr. Jacobson for years
Dr. Jacobson is friendly, responsive, sees me without a wait, and is very skilled at what she does. I have seen her for over 7 years and she keeps my vision in tact! I would highly recommend her!

I had a very good experience and she immediately picked up on an issue that was missed by my previous optometrist. Also she accepted my different types of insurance and ended up getting glasses relatively cheaply.

Extremely unprofessional. I've never been seen by anyone that literally left me in tears. I went on a emergency visit and as she was taking me to the room says I don't want to loose my temper because I was asking the front desk questions regarding my insurance and then after my exam she goes I'm sure you won't see me again. She's right I will never go back to her! And I'm disgusted by the way I was treated by Dr. Jacobson. The office was much more helpful and understanding.
