Dr. Lisa Hoyman, PHD

Miss Hoyman was a great doc. You could tell she was a busy lady, but she made sure to make time for us. She was very patient with explaining a lot of my questions and made sure my concerns were to put to rest. I know it takes a lot to work with our loved ones with memory loss but, she really seemed to take her time and make sure everything was addressed. She's definitely a younger doc but her professionalism shows.

This Dr. is THE Most Unprofessional in the World. She had a horrible condescending tone from the first second we sat down. Asked questions for a memory assessment of an elderly person; clearly not interested in listening to their memories when shared! You're in the WRONG profession if you don't have the time, energy, and patience to listen to your patients. So sad. I wanted to interrupt and / or leave the 60-minute interview; unfortunately, she needed this test. A very RUDE person. It was THE first appointment of the day at 8:30 am! Not the end of a long day even. She repeated the need to leave my phone number no less than 3x with the front desk ("if you're going to leave") and couldn't tell me until asked 3X to clarify how long the appointment would even last - "a few hours"; I said...on average about how long? "It's all up to her...could be 1 hour, could be 4 hours..." Again, on average - how long?" (finally she answers about 1.5 hours) Jesus...really? You can't say that at start.
