Lisa Hauerland, PA-C

I do not recommend going to Lisa Hauerland as she does not listen when you express your concerns regarding your health. Your appointment will be a waste of your time and money. During my appointment she was very rushed and even walked out of the room when I was trying to tell her my family medical history which includes serious issues. She was very disingenuous with an arrogant attitude. I left my appointment astonished that the environment she creates is so hostile. It seemed like her objective was to collect her co-pay and prescribe more medicines instead of helping me solve my issues. If you need a doctor who is empathetic, friendly and will listen to your symptoms do not visit Lisa Hauerland.

I have been going to this orthopedic group since 2009, when I had my first knee replacement. They have helped me with shoulder pain and having the other knee replaced in 2012. I usually see Dr. Gregory Ballard, but this time I needed a work in visit and Lisa Hauerland helped me. I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and information she gave. My grandson and daughter have also seen someone in this group. I would recommend this group and give the highest rating I can.

Lisa spent adequate time listening to my reason for the visit, as well as examining me. She answered all questions, explained the xray results, offered recommendations for treatment. She was very gentle with a cortisone injection in my joint. I had no pain during the injection, nor anytime after it. She was very professional and personable.
