I was looking to establish a primary physician after mine went out of network for my insurance. I brought her some health concerns that I had. She seemed to take down all the information very meticulously, but she didn’t address any of the concerns with me. I asked questions she would repeat the same thing, but without giving an explanation, very dismissive and uncooperative when it came to communication, I did not feel like I could work with her going forward as I look for a physician that I can team up with on my health. I left the appointment in tears. I still have the issues and was given no solutions on how to address them more. I called him, pulled over in a parking lot and called to schedule an appointment with a new provider in a couple days and I’m hoping this one works out.

No introduction. Completely dismissed my issues and past attempts at getting these long time issues taken care of. The nurse recorded higher blood pressure and there was zero mention of it and she left before I could even ask about anything.

Very dismissive of my pain and kind of brushed off the information I gave her about my family history of connective tissue disorders. I insisted I just want to know what's wrong so I could know if it was something serious or progressive. Kept focusing on my weight and didn't even bother to run tests or x-rays. I began to cry out of frustration because I wasn't feeling heard (I've been through this rodeo before with past doctors) and she was unphased and simply walked out without saying another word. I was left in the office waiting for her nurse crying and feeling very embarrassed. I felt silly for even bothering to come to her about it. She also made comments in my notes on the visit; called me "weepy" and morbidly obese when she never mentioned it in any previous notes (it almost felt like a personal jab, honestly). This made me feel ashamed. The appointment felt cold, rushed, and unsatisfying.

Very upset with the way she spoke to me. She was not helpful what so ever. Very rude. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened. My appointment was suppose to be 30 minutes. It took and hour & a half.

Was double-billed because she talked me into getting a prescription to quit smoking but didn't realize that meant she was going to double bill for an office visit and wellness check. She was so worried about my immunization shots that she didn't answer any of my questions for the reason I was there. Nurse practitioner was awesome.

I had an excellent visit . She was able to get me an appointment right away. Easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
