Lisa was a nice person for the most part but pretty much told me to read some book. When I listened to page after page after page of this information that I "needed" to know to help myself I couldn't help but realize how pointless it all was. It was just about how trauma effects the mind, basically all kinds of facts about it how works and situations related to it, I knew all of it already and how was it going to help me fix my own issues? I'd ask her this every session and she would always say it would help me understand myself better or something along those lines. Didn't do that, every week just kept telling me to read more of the book and rambled about her own life for far too much of the session. Had crystal rocks sitting around her room like some witch out of a Disney movie. I showed up on time once and she refused to believe I was there at the scheduled appointment. I told her to check the cameras, then she said "no she would have seen me". Do not recommend this strange woman.
