Lisa Casella, SLP

Working with Lisa Casella has been a waste of time. She is incompetent, unreliable, incompassionate, highly forgetful and does not admit to the shortcomings she has as a speech therapist. She lacks experience and admits to using the same reactive approach for all her clients. After it became evident that her approach was not conducive to my child’s progress, she nitpicked and placed blame on other possible factors instead of simply tailoring her approach to my child’s needs. Lisa would often mention that she isn’t tech savvy. But, her lack of experience with technology was so severe that she could barely send an email which hindered communication. There are quite a number of reasons why I wouldn’t recommend Lisa to anyone seeking a speech therapist for their child. For starters there are too many highly qualified speech therapists available who are so much better at their job and perform their role with great compassion where it’s evident they care about their clients' progress.
