Excellence. Compassionate, empathetic Therapist!
Dr. Angstman has a good ear for listening. She allows one to discover one's own true self, through thoughtful directed questions and therapy. Allowing one to understand one's past and future, and the effects of one's past on our present and future, how to understand trauma and its effect on one's life, and why, therefore one reacts a certain way to one's thoughts, and actions. And allowing one to choose one's path forward. Excellent Psychoanalyst. She has been a very thoughtful Analyst. Allowing me to open up to and receive care and understanding from her has been a real life saver for me. She is a really good person. She has a PhD in Psychology... a great therapist. Always allowing one to grow.
