Quality of Care
Very helpful, understanding, polite, respectful and thorough. The office staff were friendly and showed excellent professionalism. Dr. Roossien is a excellent person that makes sure you understand everything and she made sure she did not make me feel like I was not involved in my care. Dr. Roossien is a person that makes sure everything makes sense to you before making suggestions or recommendations for further treatment plan options. I would highly recommend my family and friends to her office. I had a great experience!
