I have seen her for years. She has always been amazing.

Lindsay Green didn't believe a word I was saying for some reason and was very combative when I tried to understand what to do. She even said at one point, "I don't buy that". What kind of doctor tells a patient that!!! I'm literally appalled and more discouraged than ever.

Lindsey took wonderful care of me at the worst time of my life. She adjusted the meds I was on and the changes optimized my mental health. She has a compassionate attitude. I am an RN and do not compliment medical providers lightly.

This review is not meant to disparage Lindsay in any way. She simply has the misfortune of working for a terrible company. Bayless is one of those places you go to when you’re desperate for treatment. It is not a long-term solution. Ultimately, their policies of a) turning people away from their scheduled appointment if you don’t have your insurance card at every appointment (no one else does this - you don’t have to put up with it if you can find another provider,) b) intentionally disregarding refill requests from their patients’ pharmacies and c) failing to respond to a patient’s own attempts at refill requests in a timely manner. My personal example: after setting up a plan to taper me off of my current antidepressant, my doctor failed to send in the refill I requested over the phone and through my pharmacy. So now I have the pleasure of experiencing withdrawal symptoms because I haven’t had my medication in three days. This company - along with several others in the valley
