She was very thorough and listened to my concerns.

I was very impressed with the care and the attention I got. She was over the top when it came to attention, interest in me and what was going on, my condition, my background, daily life habit and affect, general wellbeing with living with my condition, ways I cope with the changes it has and just a very nice person. She took time to understand that I put up with a lot just because and I myself take time to figure out how to work with what I have. Also gave ideas with what I am doing that would maybe improve it but understood it may not. She made sure to let me know that I was doing things right.

Do not understand why there was no physical exam.

Ive never had a better experience w a provider in my entire life. Bedside manner, listened better than a friend even, knowledgeable, empathetic, asked the right questions, and my opinion on my own body based off my explained symptoms. Also she is the nicest person ever! 10/10, exceeded my expectations. And I have a lot of medical anxiety/inability to trust medical professionals. This appt restored my hope

I seen this young lady for the first time and her kind words her consideration the way she listened to me I knew I was in good hands The way she explained things to me and listen to me and told me what she was going to do was remarkable she not only help me with my CPAP but she also helped me with my inhalers I look forward to seeing her again

I felt the medical provider listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with the subject matter being discussed.
