Did not listen. Patronizing me the entire appointment. Rude and dismissive. Spoke in circles. The worst part- she prescribed me the only medication I'm allergic to- this could cost someone their life!

All we wanted was Augmentin for strep throat, instead we got a 45 minute wait when no one was in the office and then The refusal to listen to a reasonable request. You could smell the strip across the room it’s a very strong now. She prescribed amoxicillin despite being told it does not work for this young man. Terrible Service. Very disappointed.

Lacks courtesy, concern for patient outcome and people skills. A ten minute visit took over an hour as she made pt wait in empty office for 45 minutes before seeing him for a routine sick visit. Worst care ever.

I was going to leave a detailed review but suffice it to say, she is arrogant, does not care about patient outcome, fails to listen to reasonable concerns and needs to consider a profession that does not require people skills. Beginning with a 45 minute wait (when there was no one in the office) for a simple strep screen (even if it were lunch--which I tried to give her the benefit of that doubt-- out of courtesy, when I worked in outpatient, the doctor would take 10 min to take care of a patient rather than make them wait the whole time). But then when she did see my son, she categorically disregarded his concerns regarding the inefficacy of Amox in the past and prescribed it again. If we have to see another physician regarding this simple outpatient visit, Doctor's Care will be hearing about it.
