She spends time in each appointment, and really tries to help you. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, I appreciate her loyalty and help always. She also cares for your general wellbeing in life.

She’s awesome ! Has kept me stable over 5 years. I’ve been in counseling and on medication for almost 30 years, she was the only one to get and keep me stable.

Assumes her patients all hold the same beliefs, views, and interests as her and therefore slips in damaging comments with every appointment. We attempted telehealth phonecalls during the pandemic and she continuously brought up her political views and her own life and family experiences during my appointment. I just wanted my medications maintained and adjusted as needed, and found her to be blurring the professional boundaries of our relationship.

I had been seeing a doctor at the Mass General Hospital until my insurance changed. He specialized in mothers with depression (world-renowned). I didn't think I would ever find someone that was as knowledgeable as him until I found Linda. Linda is very thorough asking how I am feeling, confirming dose, what time of day I take the medication etc. I truly enjoy my appointments with her. She is wonderful. I'm truly blessed to have found her.

I have been her patient since 2015. She is the best of the best! She advocated on my behalf with insurance co to cover much more expensive yet superior med for me. NEVER EVER have I not gotten my prescription refills on time. Refill prescription line states at least 72 hours in advance for any refills. Even though it says to give at least 72hpurs notice, Linda usually puts script through the same day or rarely next day. She always asks what meds your on as a med check to verify what’s in chart.

Linda Sheppard- Reece isn't a reliable and I haven't been able to get a refill on my prescription in a week!!! Three calls later and msg after msg and calls/fax from my pharmacy and still no response!! Ive been very ill for a week bc I don't have my medication. I ended up having to go to my PCP to get the script. Do not go to this doctor! She has no clue what she is talking about in her office, she constantly asks what meds I am on... she forgets my history. Very Very unprofessional!
