Unfortunately, we were only able to see her once. Our initial impression was not a good one, as our appointment started 10 minutes late and was unable to actually start working with her until all the paperwork was done, which wasn’t available when we got there. Her time management needs to be worked on. After the first appointment we scheduled our next session and was given an appointment reminder. We arrived for this appointment we were told that she double booked us and was unable to see us.
