Terrible bedside manner. Nurse Pio is arrogant, rude, and has poor listening skills. She treated me for a condition that did not fit my symptoms. She spoke down to me when I questioned the diagnosis. Further testing showed that I did not have what she insisted was the cause of my problems. Look elsewhere if you need a caring and competent urology nurse.

This woman should be banned from the medical field.. It's unreal what she did to my father.. My dad went into the Urology dept for pain in his groin and lack of streaming when he was urinating.. There was something seriously wrong.. My mom and dad and myself came to the appointment.. Bottom line was she kicked me out of and ended up prescribng Viagra for my dad!! Is she an idiot?! My dad ultimately almost died & had emergency surgery about a month later to remove a golf size enlarged prostate.
