Took my minor there for her first time. We weren't greeted nor were we introduced, as well as during the counseling session, we were interrupted TWICE! Once apparently for someone to say hello, and once so she could schedule another appointment. From my experience and understanding, when you are in a counseling session with your therapist telling her your thoughts and feelings, you should have her undivided, uninterrupted attention, especially if your speaking with a minor and for the first time
