I unfortunately wasted finite resources (free counseling) on seeing someone I thought would listen, professionally. Being timely isn't much of a concern, when you push a client out because you have a date, despite your previous appointments rolling over into each other. I was mocked... when expressing how I felt. I wasn't met where I was, emotionally. Instead I was chastised, was met with flippant remarks. Mental healthcare is too hard to come by for this. A waste.
