I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 12 years old (in my 50's now) and when I found Dr. McCoy I was so elated. Finally after so many years of dealing with shark like hearing aid dealers I found her at Cigna and for the first time I did not overpay for my hearing aids. She worked with me to find the right hearing aids. Being part of Cigna the prices are affordable since there are no extra charges built in and I was able to get two hearing aids for the price of what the shark dealers wanted to charge me for one. Dr. McCoy will be my audiologist and hearing aid person for life!

Dr McCoy lost interest as soon as I told her that I needed time prior to buying immediately an equipment costing $3,500 and $6,500. She made me try 1 pair, did not even electronically adjust it; I told her it was very uncomfortable; she ignored my remark.
