I scheduled my and waited several months to get in, only to be changed to a video appointment. I am old and I do not do video appointments. When trying to reschedule I was transferred to Breanna who ask me to come in to the office to set me up for the video appointment. My point is/was if the doctor can't show up then I am not paying $100 for a video chat. Yes, I realize that even doctors have family emergencies. This Breanna person said they had reached out to me last week to inform me as to the emergency. I did not receive a call from them. I work with my phone and return all messed calls so that didn't happen. When I rejected the come into the office for the video appointment Breanna hung up on me. I will not be rescheduling. That is completely unaceptable behavior.

Linda declined my diabetic services because I would not go in every 3 months. She is a gross human and doesn’t know how to care for her patients. 1/10 she is the worst doctor I have dealt with since my diagnosis. Disgusting and Inconsiderate
