My wife had called with some questions concerning changes during her pregnancy. We waited for this “midwife” to call us back in hopes that she may have some answers, especially considering we are in late third trimester. She called back and, with an astounding lack of bedside manner, exclaimed “you called.” No explanation beyond that, though the nurse prior had said she would forward our question. My wife explained her situation and asked if there was a cause for concern. She promptly says “no.” Just “No!” Are you kidding me? So we continue to ask questions, at this point just in awe of the fact that she seems to have not a care in the world. She nonchalantly answers each question to the most minimal of degrees. Now all of this may sound like I am being a bit dramatic and hard on Ms. Biswas, but did I mention we could clearly hear her eating during our discussion? One way or another, she was rude, short and careless. I’d give her negative stars if I could.

Dr.Biwas not professional and no bedside manners! She didnt want to be bothered by my problem and made sure i saw Dr.Bredin on my next visit. I would never go back to her or reccommend her to anyone!!!
