Linda supposedly accepts new patients , and, via voicemail, promises to call you back 48 hours after you leave your message. Well, it’s been 2 weeks and Linda has decided it’s not important to return calls of prospective patients and leave them hanging in regards to her services. If you can’t even return a phone call, how are you supposed to trust her to treat everything else? A simple, “sorry I don’t accept your insurance”, or “sorry, I’m not accepting new patients” wound suffice, but nope.

Very disappointing. Tried 3 times to reach out about my phone appt where I was not called. I was told computer problems..ok...waited another week for form to fill out over e mail...nothing...
