I saw Ms Hernandez once and attempted to contact her over the phone twice, after her assistant "Annie" failed to have me sign a HIPAA release so she could get my medical info for further treatment. Ms Hernandez never returned my call. This is so very unprofessional, and I did not expect such a behavior after reading her reviews.

Dr. Hernandez is very personable and knowledgeable. She takes time to patiently answer all of your questions and she has a great sense of humor as well. I highly recommend her.

I was extremely disappointed when the receptionist mentioned fifteen minutes post my appointment, the doctor was not in the office. I would anticipate a courtesy phone call, notifying me Dr. HernandezTumaneng would be running late. My time is just as important as your time. I did not expect to wait more than thirty minutes to see the doctor, especially when another patient was seen before me visiting the same doctor. Conflicting appointments I presume. This type of service is undeserved, unprofessional and incompetent. Healthgrades mentions a 10-15 minute wait time. This is incorrect, more like 30-60 minute wait time. Absurd!!!!

Patients are always looking for someone who listens and answers all questions intently. Lina Hernandez is one of the few who takes time to do so, and is very thorough in gathering history & physical exam. She is very knowledgeable and skillful in her field. My concern, from initial exam to colonoscopy and referral to a surgeon, all done within a week. The BEST ---- highly recommended.
