Worst therapist I have ever had in my entire life.
Telehealth
After reflecting on my interactions and sessions with her, I've realized that she caused more harm than help. She was constantly in an aggressive mood and even spoke down to me about everything from me supposedly being distracted because I was looking up at my laptop's wi-fi signal (since her signal kept getting lost!), from her almost yelling at me about my laptop 'moving too much,' to her twirling her hair (unprofessional)! All she would ever do each session was had me close my eyes and 'guide' me to a meditation... I could have done that all by myself without feeling weird that she was watching me. A lot of the times, she would black out her camera while this was happening. Worst therapist I have ever experienced and I’m glad I stopped seeing her.
