Every medical practice should be run like this one. Everyone is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. AU Is a phenomenal doctor. Not only is she incredibly smart, she listens and gives you all the time you need without ever feeling rushed.

Everybody that helped me that day was amazing. It was my first appointment and everyone spent like two hours with me, which was amazing. I was also with Dr. Zermeno, who's a resident there. She was fantastic. One of the medical assistants, I believe her name was Anna if I'm not mistaken. She was also amazing and yeah, her name was {staff name removed} and I was actually taken back on time, didn't have to wait. Yeah, everybody was just really nice and I was really pleased that day.

This was one of the best experiences I have had recently with a doctor.. Dr. Au was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns and she gave the best advice! I have already told a lot of my mom friends about what a great experience I had! I am excited that I get to bring my other child to see her as well !

Dr. Au is the best! She's knowledgeable, thorough, great listener and empathetic. Front desk staff are also very warm and friendly.

She is guiding us through our IVF journey and when we got bad news from our genetic testing she gave us a call just to ask how we are doing and to make plans moving forward. It was not an actual appointment; the phone call was something she just did on her own. She is also my son’s doctor and she helped him have good gut health. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Au is extremely patient and caring and wonderful with my teenage son. We are extremely happy to be with her and he liked her as well. We look forward to working with her to help solve our issues. She seems like a very caring doctor.
