I was pleasantly surprised during my visit with Lia at how much empathy I was given. Times are very difficult now and it's very comforting to know that my provider cares about my well being. This is a very busy office. I get the sense that there are a lot of patients coming and going. However once we started talking, I had the feeling that my concerns were front and center. This is whagt Ive been looking for in a provider.

I've had wonderful appts with Lia. She cares with a warm presence and it shows. She doesn't tell me what to do like I'm a robot. I go to her in need of help as I'm in charge of my health. She's there with options, giving suggestions, and recommendations. With her, my health and wellness have improved 100 fold.

Each time I have an appointment, it’s rushed and condescending. Responses to questions sound like they’re being read from a generic textbook. If you’re looking for someone to invest in you - keep looking.

I usually feel like my Dr or PA will rush me through my visit, but I felt like this NP took her time and was very thorough. Would recommend.
