Office is disorganized, doctor is never available. Lack of understanding of patient needs and horrible patient care.

Dr Catlett has been my wife's and my optomitrist for nearly 20 years and she is one of the nicest medical professionals we have known. She does thorough and efficient work and her prescriptions are right on the money.

I strongly recommend to people especially with disabilities not go see Dr. Catlett because she was so rude to me. When she spoke to me, I told her I am Deaf and cannot hear or speak. I politely asked her for a piece of paper and pen for us to communicate back and forth. She actually SIGHED and ROLLED HER EYES at me! She ignored my request and kept speaking to my face. I asked her a few times to get the paper and pen, yet she ROLLED HER EYES AND SIGHED AT ME?!!!?! i AM SO DONE WITH HER.
