I was a client of Leslie Pollack for about one year, I moved and was experiencing a marital crisis. When I called her to have a telephone session. She told me to call 911 when it wasn’t that kind of a crisis. She booked me for the following week for a phone session I felt upset that she couldn’t or wouldn’t squeeze me in. Although she had helped me in our work together she is a cold person with little sympathy. I found a therapist who was willing to arrange her schedule and did a FaceTime session with me when she heard the desperation in my voice. I am angry and upset that Leslie Pollack could not find time for me until a week after my call to her. I would definitely give her an F or a zero on a scale of 10.
