I saw Leslie as a teenager and still have lasting effects from how horrible she treated me. She broke the code of ethics many times and manipulated me to stop certain behaviors. She would threaten to send me to the psych ward if I didn’t do what she told me to. Now as a college student, she withheld my medical records and wouldn’t release them. It took 3 months to finally get them after dozens of phone calls and an interview as to why I want them. Definitely a violation of the code of ethics.
