I scheduled my nephew an appointment and when I did I informed them of our situation and told them what insurance he had they told me it was accepted, great made the appointment. When we get there for the appointment first there was no receptionist to take our information then I find out the counselor had been switched without my knowledge and to an intern which would have been fine but not only did she not accept the insurance she isn't allowed to accept any insurance at this time and come to find out Leslie Gleason takes his insurance but only a few cases a year so she won't be able to see him. As if it's not nerve racking enough for a child to come to theses appointments he now has to go through all these feelings for a second time because I was misled and deceived into either being forced to pay out of pocket or find someone else for him to see. If I could have given ZERO stars and still leave a review I would have.
