Missed the first appointment. Called an hour late after my wife kept reaching out. Gave us four different stories of why he was late. Life happens. Annoyed both my wife and I were willing to start over and not hold it against him. Somehow missing the first appointment caused us to both to break in a way that actually helped fix our marriage. Both of us realizing we were both being inconsiderate jerks. Anyway, we still wanted to do therapy even if we were doing better. We clearly need better communication strategies. We scheduled our second appointment. 15 minutes before the appointment my wife reached out to make sure it was still on. We hadn't received the invite link. 40minutes late as of right now. Might be a good guy, but he isn't consistent enough to use as any form of marriage counseling. While my wife and I became stronger from it, this could have easily been the breaking point for many couples. That is just added stress on something that was supposed to help.

I was left out in the cold with the door locked and wasted an hour of my time after he didn't respond to any attempts to contact him and never got back to me after. By far the most unvalued I've ever felt as a client/patient.
