Had my annual wellness check, got all my labs, etc. done prior to the visit. Went over results, discussed any existing issues/concerns I have. Provided solutions, suggestions to resolve/improve. Quite satisfied with her.

Lena has been my physician for over 6 or 7 months now. Lena has motivated me & held me accountable for managing my diabetes. She is a great motivator & very inspirational to me & an excellent physician. Lena has taught me me the correct way to manage diabetes thru exercise & healthy eating habits & to also take better care of myself. Lena does a fantastic job monitoring my diabetes disease. Ms. Lena Grunloh is an excellent provider whom I would not only recommend, but strongly advocate others to go see! My family and I recently moved from out of town, and Lena was highly recommended by friends who reside in the area. Lena made us feel right at home, and my wife and I could not be happier with our decision to choose her as our provider. She treats my entire family (myself, wife, kids) with an immense amount of compassion, understanding, and professionalism. Thank you Lena!

Lena was not only my provider but she was also a friend of many years that INSISTED on being my PCP when I asked her if there were any physicians in the Franklin area that she recommended. A few weeks ago on a Saturday evening I was not feeling so hot & had symptoms similar to those associated with the coronavirus. After calling the main American Health Network line (which recommended that I contact my primary physician), I decided to personally reach out to Lena for assistance (as any friend would do). Instead of waiting to reply in a professional manner the next morning, she replied that evening with a very unprofessional & rude response that provided me with zero direction, guidance, or support. She said “sorry if you are sick,” and stated that she was “not my on-call provider.” She proceeded to terminate our patient-provider relationship leaving me with no PCP during this pandemic. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy & accountable provider, she is not the one for you.
