PAMF Video Visits Don't Work

I've scheduled multiple times with Dr Lehrman, but unfortunately haven't been able to have an appointment because their tech isn't functional. Their tech support phone number tells me that I have done everything correctly, but that PAMF Integrative Medicine should know that video visits through their website don't work on mac devices and be able to provide a direct link to join. Unfortunately their office is unable to follow their own tech support instructions and does not respond to messages (I've been waiting over a week since they've read it). I called today and was told by their receptionist that "it's not that hard." Rude and dismissive, without taking any accountability for the fact that it's their technology that isn't functioning! Two years into a pandemic, I thought we were all able to do video calls by now. I have no idea about the quality of Dr Lehrman's care, but trying to schedule and join a call with her is a massive nightmare. Maybe someday I'll actually meet her?
