Leesa Paneuf- Reynolds is really wonderful- so intuitive and observant. She really helped me with anxiety during a tough time giving me a fresh perspective. She is warm, relaxed and hilarious- highly recommend.

Never got a visit. She had full caseload and upon request she confirmed she added me to the waitlist which she said would take 3-4 months before an appointment. After 4 months I checked in after not getting a text, and she said my name wasn't on her waitlist. She apologized and rushed an appointment to the next week. We set a date and time. The night before the appointment at 9:30 PM she texted me the time of the appointment. I didn't respond because it was late at night and I work early, and it seemed to just be a reminder text. I went to work the next day, where I have no access to personal emails or my phone. Upon leaving work early for the appointment that afternoon, I turn on my phone to see multiple messages asking me to confirm the appointment. She said if I didn't respond by 3PM that she would cancel my appointment. I texted her back at 3:05 pm explaining I didn't have access to my phone and didn't know I needed to confirm. She cancelled the appointment and refused service.

Leesa was the perfect fit for me when I was at my lowest. Her support and encouragement in a fun but loving manor was exactly what I needed.

Leesa has a wonderful combination of being caring but helping you see the things you are there to work on. She is supportive in all of her guidance. I’m so grateful for all of her help!

Honestly, Ms. Phaneuf-Reynolds is truly amazing. she possesses an almost untouchable moral compass, a staunch advocate for members of the LGBTQ community, and can see more in you than you may not realize. Put simply, she is a wonderful and amazing human being and anyone who meets her...is lucky!
