Dr is excellent. I regret dealing with Connie. She mails bills to wrong ins address causing payment delays. Don’t sign agreement to pay higher copay because of her fault. Medicare advised me.

Good Chiropractor - poor office assistant
Dr. Dimick is excellent. He listens and adjusts where needed. Only negative comment is front desk assistant, Connie. Review billing codes especially if insurance is not paying. Ask where bills are being sent especially if Connie says they are not being paid by insurance. Almost 9 months before I was notified by my insurance. Claims were Denied because they were not received on time and lacked correct documentation. I had to research this myself.

Dr. Dimmick one of the best chiropractors I've ever had he only works on areas that you bring to his attention he doesn't try to manipulate or crack any other issues and by far cares more about you than any other chiropractor I've been to
