I came to Dr. Callahan at a very low point. My spouse had passed away, I'd been diagnosed with a serious illness myself, and had just retired - not to mention losing my dog. I didn’t have the energy or drive to do so by myself and I honestly didn't see much hope anymore. From our first session it was evident that she truly cares, and applies the perfect balance between compassion and providing actionable tasks to work on in-between sessions. I have tools to manage my feelings much better now. I will always be grateful to Dr. Callahan and would recommend her to anyone who is thinking about taking their first step.

Dr. Callahan is so warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and you are in competent safe hands with her as your therapist! I really recommend her and her office - she has an empathetic, non judgemental and accepting approach.
