I did days worth of research before finding a therapist that worked for us. Appointment was made and everything was set to go. The day of our FIRST appointment (after waiting a week), just 2 HOURS before the appointment, Leah cancels. Stating a family emergency. Then goes on to tell us that due to last minute frequent family emergencies, it would be best to seek another therapist. If you knew that this would affect your practice, why waste a potential patient's time and just tell them from the beginning that you're not taking on new patient's?
