Direct, but really nice. She sees you for therapy online, which was super convenient. Therapy was structured (CBT), but not rigid. I learned new skills that made a huge difference with my anxiety, which I’ve struggled with for years. Strongly recommend. She’s awesome.

In only a handful of visits, often weekly, then sometimes biweekly, Leah was able to help me identify traps, tools, and support process that have remained solid now for nearly a year. Though I know the work of noticing and adjusting is always going to be there, this has been one of the most valuable gifts I've ever been given.
