Good at listening and making you feel heard. Good at asking exploratory questions. However, as a social worker, relatively entry-level. Though social work should be person-in-environment, with some acknowledgement that the environment itself can be bad, I find she focuses more on the individual and doesn't do a great job or recognizing societal oppression.
