I dropped off my glasses in the first of October. It’s December and still nothing. I called they said they never got the frame in, but I really think they lost them and forgot. They had put me on hold forever, Now they are vacation and in here with no glasses and an old prescription that hurts my eyes.

They say they take medicad but when you get there they dont take that kind of medicad. Should have a way to check before you go.

I have been seeing Dr. Lassa for a few years and he provided with eye drops prescription. I have always had a difficult time getting refills although I skeptical my appointments…except for COVID shutdown, but I did return when it slowed down. Now I need a refill and was told to have pharmacy fax the request…which I did- 3 times, once while I was on the phone. I offered to go pick it up, NOPE!!! Need pharmacy to fax request. What!!! I am willing to go pick it up in person but no! This makes no sense, I can’t do this power struggle. I will not go back. Do not recommend!

Dr Lassa was the first dr that got me the right prescription. And I have been to several doctors in Odessa. The staff always is very helpful when we go and my family started going there a few years ago. We have no complaints.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I’ve been coming here for about 12 years and have always took my prescription somewhere else. However this time I chose to purchase from there store. And boy was that a mistake. Inconsistent in regards to my insurance, price, and time. I do not recommend purchasing from there store! Unfortunately after 12 years I have decided to change!

DO NOT GO HERE! This office is withholding my son's contact lens prescription from me even though it hasn't been a year. The front office girl says it's the doctors policy.

Got to office before any other customers 30 mins early. Office staff allowed woman after us to jump in line. Was rude of the woman and office staff brushed it off. Everyone appointment was for 1 PM. My husband keep his appointment since off work to see Dr. I cancelled mine.

Quick and easy. Honest. Does way better than the Walmart doctors. My contacts at Walmart made my eyes blood shot red. Lassa was able to provide me the prescription and contacts I needed.

Withholding my prescription from me which is illegal in the State of Texas concerning Optometry. He's also vulgar and talked down toward his child clients saying "He hates them." Shocked me to hear that coming from his line of work.
